https://aleph.edinum.org:443/881 Publications de Auteurs عبد المجيد سالمي fr 0 https://aleph.edinum.org:443/9318 إن طبيعة اللغة الإدارية الخاصة تفرض عليها لغة إدارية خاصة، تتمثل في استخدامها لأسلوب يميل إلى الواقعية والمنطقية، حيث يتنوع الأسلوب بين الخبر والإنشاء، إذ يحتاج إلى الطابع الأول عند سرد جملة المقتضيات المستهل بها في القرارات الإدارية، وفي صيغ البناء للمجهول الشائعة الاستعمال في النصوص الإدارية أما الأسلوب الإنشائي يستعمل بصفة غالبة لتناسبه مع طبيعة الجمل التركيبية المعبرة عن حركية الأعمال الإدارية في إنشاء وإلغاء المراكز القانونية المتعددة حيث نجده خاصة في المراسلات الإدارية المنشئة والمنظمة للحياة الإدارية باستمرار. كما تتأرجح الجمل في النصوص الإدارية بين اسمية وفعلية حسب مقتضيات الحال، وفيما يخص المصطلحات داخلها فتتميز بكثير من الدقة والبساطة، وتقوم بوظائف متكاملة متجانسة محققة المستوى النظمي من خلال التوافقات الشكلية والدلالية المتعددة على جميع الأصعدة. La nature de la langue administrative spécialisée est par définition une langue spécialisée, ce qui conduit à l’utilisation d’un style qui tend à être simple et logique,car le style diffère entre l’informatif et l’expressif, dans ce cas la rédaction administrative est plus informative qu’expressive, car elle a besoin dans l’ensemble d’un style qui produit des exigences qui correspondent à des décisions administratives, et dans les formes passives courantes dans les textes administratifs quant au style rhétorique, il est surtout utilisé pour son adaptation avec la nature des phrases synthétiques qui expriment la dynamique du travail administratif dans l’établissement et la suppression des divers centres judiciaires comme on le retrouve notamment dans les correspondances administratives qui instaure régule durablement la vie administrative. Les phrases des textes administratifs oscillent entre le nominatif et le verbal selon les exigences de la situation, et quant aux termes qu’elles contiennent, elles se caractérisent par beaucoup de précision et de simplicité, et elles remplissent des fonctions compatibilités formelles et sémantiques à tous les niveaux. The nature of specialised administrative language is by definition specialised, which leads to the use of a style that tends to be simple and logical,because the style differs between informative and expressive, in which case administrative writing is more informative than expressive, because it needs on the whole a style that produces requirements that correspond to administrative decisions, and in the passive forms common in administrative texts as for the rhetorical style, it is used above all for its adaptation to the nature of the synthetic sentences that express the dynamics of administrative work in the establishment and removal of the various judicial centres as found in particular in administrative correspondence that establishes lasting regulation of administrative life.The sentences in administrative texts oscillate between the nominative and the verbal depending on the requirements of the situation, and as for the terms they contain, they are characterised by great precision and simplicity, and they fulfil formal and semantic compatibility functions at all levels. specialised administrative language , informative, expressive sam., 15 juil. 2023 18:00:14 +0200 jeu., 06 juin 2024 15:46:02 +0200 https://aleph.edinum.org:443/9318 https://aleph.edinum.org:443/6565 نسعى من خلال هذا البحث إلى إبراز الأزمة التي تواجهها الترجمة إلى اللغة العربية، خاصة فيما يتعلق بمصطلحات الميادين العلمية، والتي من أهمها محدودية الخبرة في المنهجية المصطلحية، وتعدُّدية مصطلحات العلوم، إضافة إلى عدم دقة مفاهيم تلك المصطلحات، لذلك سوف نناقش إشكالية الفوضى المصطلحية في الترجمة العلمية، التي يعد إهمالها أزمة علمية بكل حذافيرها، وذلك من خلال عقد مقارنة لنماذج من المصطلحات اللَّسانية من كتاب» Élément de linguistique générale» لأندري مارتيني، وثلاث ترجمات عربية متعاقبة لهذا الكتاب، وبوصف علم المصطلح حقلا علميا قائما بذاته، فإنه لا يستقيم إلا إذا توفّر عند المصطلحي تمكّنا تاما في تخصّصه، وكفاءة لغوية عالية إضافة إلى المعرفة التامة بمبادئ علم المصطلح، غير أنَّه للامتزاج الثقافي، والاختلاف في البُنى النحوية، والمعجم اللغوي بين لغة المصدر ولغة الهدف، الأثر البارز في عملية التواضع والاصطلاح. A travers cette recherche, nous essayons de mettre en évidence la crise que traverse la traduction vers la langue arabe, notamment dans les domaines scientifiques, notamment : le manque de maîtrise de la méthodologie terminologique, et la difficulté de maîtriser les concepts de ces termes. effets sur la nation en tant qu’outil par lequel les sciences et les connaissances sont transmises, et en décrivant le terme science comme un domaine scientifique, il n’est correct que si le créateur du terme a une maîtrise dans son domaine de spécialisation, une haute compétence linguistique en plus de connaissance complète de la terminologie, sauf que le chevauchement des cultures, et les différentes structures syntaxiques, et le répertoire linguistique entre la langue source et la langue cible, font du processus de traduction un processus complexe. À travers cette recherche intitulée « structures des verbes abstraits entre l’arabe classique et le dialecte algérien de Boukram — une étude structurelle évolutive —  » nous voulons étudier et examiner comment les langues dans cette langue familière parlée se comportent pour changer les structures des verbes arabes abstraits éloquents, en étudiant les manifestations du changement dans ces constructions morphologiques arabes, et donnant des explications audio pour ces changements. Le vocabulaire est l'une des choses les plus importantes que l'auteur du livre doit prendre en compte lors de la rédaction du livre, car le singulier est le premier bloc et la base que l'apprenant apprend et l'enseignant enseigne, et le choix du vocabulaire est une section importante de l'enseignement des langues, que ce soit pour les locuteurs de celui-ci ou pour d'autres parce qu'il reflète les besoins de l'individu et un outil de communication entre eux, en particulier dans le domaine de l'éducation.Le vocabulaire du livre de langue peut être facile et clair pour l'apprenant, et le contraire est vague et nécessite une explication pour déchiffrer son ambiguïté et faciliter la compréhension de sa signification. Pour le savoir, des méthodes doivent être utilisées pour expliquer le vocabulaire difficile. Ce que cet article vise à mettre en évidence, ce sont les méthodes pour expliquer le vocabulaire et comment l'enseigner dans les livres de langue arabe au stade méditerranéen. Nous contribution met en lumière un aspect de l'utilisation des systèmes linguistiques associés à des aspects audiovisuels et pragmatiques dans la communication publicitaire articulée autour du tourisme, en Algérie. Comme, elle passe en revue l’exploitation des technologies modernes qui ont été exploitées grâce à la production d'applications électroniques. Les résultats incluent l'utilisation « abusive » de ces deux systèmes et la négligence des moyens technologiques dans le domaine de la promotion du tourisme en Algérie. Les différents développements que connaît la recherche en didactique rendent nécessaire la prise en charge de l'analyse des méthodes d'enseignement de la langue arabe dans les pays où elle a acquis le statut de langue nationale et officielle ; et où est elle est considérée tout à la fois comme langue enseignée et comme langue d'enseignement.Il importe donc de la considérer à l'aune des récents travaux en didactique des langues maternelles.
