In his work Jawahir al-Adab wa Thakhari’ al-Shu’ara wa’l-Koutab, Ibn al-Sarraj presents his critical approach, outlining systematic and structural principles that ensure the harmony between the poem’s components, such as language and imagery, while maintaining a coherent structure. These principles facilitate the integration of form and content, thus enhancing the poem’s overall quality and impact. The techniques emphasized by Ibn al-Sarraj highlight the distinctive nature of Arabic poetry and its artistic framework, contributing to a unique expression within the genre. Dans cette perspective, l’article discute les stratégies adoptées par l’institution dans le processus de cette officialisation tout en mettant en lumière les enjeux possibles qui peuvent en ressortir. En outre, le prisme historique-politique semble de mise pour une compréhension objective de ces enjeux. Enfin, des témoignages, d’exemplarité, révèle des postures divergentes envers cette officialisation avec des connotations idéologiques. يُعنى هذا المقال بدراسة مسألة دسترة اللغة الأمازيغية بحسبانها لغة وطنية ورسمية. وبذلك، أصبحت الجزائر، رسميا، بلدا مزدوج اللغة. وفي هذا المضمار، يناقش هذا المقال الاستراتيجيات التي تبنتها الدولة في عملية الترسيم، مسلطين الضوء على مختلف التحديات التي من شأنها التجلي للعيان. أضف إلى ذلك، العامل التاريخي-السياسي الذي له من الأهمية البالغة في الفهم الموضوعي لهذه التحديات. وأخيرا، سقنا شهادات وأمثلة من شأنها الكشف عن مواقف متباينة ذات دلالات إيديولوجية إزاء هذا الترسيم للغة. This article aims to address the issue of the constitutionalization of the Tamazight language as a national and official language. Officially, Algeria is becoming a bilingual country. In this perspective, the article discusses the strategies adopted by the institution in the process of this officialization while highlighting the possible issues that may emerge. In addition, the historical-political prism seems to be appropriate for an objective understanding of these issues.
