В ней сделана попытка выделения основные её особенности на историческом плане. Дается определение понятию « разговорная речь », как языковая сфера коммуникации, для которой характерны : устная форма как основная форма реализации ; непринужденность общения ; неофициальность отношений между говорящими ; неподготовленность речи ; непосредственное участие говорящих в акте коммуникации. Так как, разговорная речь это речь носителей литературного языка, функционирующая в устной форме в условиях неподготовленного общения. خصصت هذه المقالة لتاريخ الخطاب العامي الروسي. حيث سلط الضوء على معالمه الرئيسية من الناحية التاريخية. عرف مفهوم«  الكلام العامي  » على أنه مجال لغوي للتواصل، والذي يتميز بما يلي : الشكل الشفهي باعتباره الشكل الرئيسي للتنفيذ؛ سهولة الاتصال؛ الطابع غير الرسمي للعلاقات بين المتحدثين؛ عدم الاستعداد للكلام؛ المشاركة المباشرة للمتحدثين في فعل الاتصال. بما أن الخطاب العامي هو خطاب المتحدثين الأصليين للغة الأدبية، يعمل شفهيا في ظروف التواصل غير المجهز، أي أنه فعل عفوي لا يمكن تجهيز فحواه مسبقا. Cet article est consacré à l'histoire du langage familier russe. Il tente de mettre en évidence ses principales caractéristiques en termes historiques. Le concept de « langage familier » est défini comme une sphère linguistique de communication caractérisée par : la forme orale comme principale forme de mise en œuvre ; la facilité de communication ; le caractère informel des relations entre les locuteurs ; l'impréparation du discours ; la participation directe des locuteurs à l'acte de communication. Le langage familier est le discours des locuteurs natifs d'une langue littéraire, fonctionnant oralement dans des conditions de communication non préparée. This article is devoted to the history of Russian colloquial speech. It attempts to highlight its main features in historical terms. The definition of the concept of « colloquial speech » is given as a linguistic sphere of communication, which is characterized by : oral form as the main form of implementation ; ease of communication ; informality of relations between speakers ; unpreparedness of speech ; direct participation of speakers in the act of communication. This article is devoted to the innovative technologies in teaching Russian as a foreign language. The author presents the effectiveness of using e-learning tools in optimizing the process of teaching Russian language to Algerian students. The innovative technologies in education are necessary tools as a learning approach, which provides great opportunities for deepening the creative potential of students, expanding their individual capabilities, and developing critical thinking skills that are necessary to form the corresponding competencies of students. Cet article est consacré aux technologies innovantes dans l'enseignement du russe comme langue étrangère. L'auteur présente l'efficacité de l'utilisation d'outils d'apprentissage en ligne pour optimiser le processus d'enseignement du russe aux étudiants algériens.
