https://aleph.edinum.org:443/7671 Entrées d’index fr 0 https://aleph.edinum.org:443/7668 تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة الكشف عن صعوبات الحداد الناتج عن صدمة الفقد الأمومي عند الأطفال، طبقت الدراسة على حالة طفلة واحدة تم اختيارها وفق شروط معينة ومضبوطة. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الإكلينيكي باستخدام الأدوات التالية: الملاحظة الإكلينيكية المباشرة، المقابلة الإكلينيكية البحثية النصف موجهة، الاختبار الاسقاطي رسم العائلة، أشارت نتائج الدراسة الى أن الطفل الفاقد لأمه يعاني من معاش صدمي، تمثلت مظاهره في : متلازمة التكرار؛ التشوه المعرفي؛ اضطراب الوظائف الحيوية؛ صعوبات مدرسية، كما تمثلت صعوبات عمل الحداد في مظاهر معرفية، وفيزيولوجية، واجتماعية. La présente étude vise à tenter de révéler les difficultés du deuil résultant du traumatisme des enfants orphelins maternel. L’étude a été basée sur l’approche clinique utilisant les outils suivants : Observation clinique directe et entretien clinique semi-dirigé, ainsi que le test projectif dessin de la famille où l’étude a été appliquée à un cas d’enfants orphelins sans mère sélectionnés selon certaines conditions contrôlées. Les résultats de l’étude ont indiqué que l’enfant qui a perdu sa mère souffre d’un traumatisme psychologique, ses manifestations sont : syndrome de récidive ; distorsion cognitive ; perturbation des fonctions vitales; difficultés scolaires, et les difficultés de deuil ont été représentés dans des manifestation cognitive, les aspects physiologiques et sociaux. The current study aims to try to reveal the difficulties of mourning resulting from the trauma of motherless children. The study was based on the clinical approach using the following tools: Direct clinical observation and semi- directed clinical interview, as well as projective test for family drawing, where the study was applied to a case of motherless children who was selected according to certain and controlled conditions.
