https://aleph.edinum.org:443/6686 Entrées d’index fr 0 https://aleph.edinum.org:443/6677 دعت الأمم المتحدة كافة الدول منذ بداية الاهتمام بالبيئة منذ منتصف القرن الماضي إلى ضرورة الاعتماد على الإعلام البيئي نظرا لأهميتها البالغة في تعريف الجمهور بالمخاطر البيئة الدولية أو الوطنية كالتصحر والجفاف وفقدان التنوع البيولوجي والتغيرات المناخية وأثارها الشديدة على صحة الإنسان. فالإعلام البيئي يلعب دورا هاما في تحويل القضايا البيئة إلى محور اهتمام الجمهور وتوعيته وزرع الثقافة البيئية وحثه على الحفاظ على البيئة بمختلف عناصرها وإبقائه على دراية تمامة بأهم الأنشطة البيئة والمؤتمرات والاتفاقيات البيئية، هذا ما دفع الجزائر إلى وضع سياسة إعلامية بيئية تهدف إلى اطلاق برامج بيئية على مستوى الإذاعة والتلفزيون وغيرها لتثقيف وتوعية الجمهور بضرورة مواجهة مظاهر التدهور البيئي في الجزائر ونقل المعلومات والفعاليات البيئية الوطنية والاحتفاء بالأيام الدولية المخصصة للبيئة مما أدى إلى تكوين فئة من الجمهور على دراية تامة بالقضايا البيئية ومنع الحاق الأضرار بها وإيجاد الحلول لمواجهتها. Depuis le milieu du siècle dernier, les Nations Unies ont appelé tous les États à s’en remettre aux différents médias en raison de leur importance critique pour informer le public sur les risques environnementaux internationaux ou nationaux tels que désertification, la sécheresse, la perte de biodiversité, les changements climatiques et leurs graves effets sur la santé humaine.Les médias jouent un rôle important dans la transformation des questions environnementales au centre de l’attention du public, sensibilisation, culture de l’environnement et les exhorter à préserver l’environnement dans ses diverses composantes et à les tenir pleinement au courant des activités environnementales, des conférences et des conventions environnementales les plus importantes. Cela a conduit l’Algérie à développer une politique des médias environnementaux visant à lancer des programmes environnementaux à la radio, à la télévision et à d’autres niveaux afin d’éduquer et de sensibiliser le public sur la nécessité de faire face à la dégradation de l’environnement en Algérie, diffuser de l’information et organiser des événements environnementaux nationaux et célébrer des journées internationales de l’environnement. Cela a mené à la formation d’un groupe d’auditoires pleinement conscients des enjeux environnementaux, afin de prévenir les dommages et de trouver des solutions pour y remédier. The United Nations has called on all States since the beginning of concern for the environment since the middle of the last century to rely on the various media because of their critical importance in informing the public about international or national environmental risks such as desertification, drought, and loss of biodiversity, climate changes and their severe human health effects.The media plays an important role in transforming environmental issues into the focus of the public’s attention, sensitization, cultivation of environmental culture and urging them to preserve the environment in its various components and to keep them fully aware of the most important environmental activities, conferences and environmental conventions. This has led Algeria to develop an environmental media policy aimed at launching environmental programmers at the radio, television and other levels in order to educate and sensitize the public on the need to confront environmental degradation in Algeria, to impart information and national environmental events and to celebrate international environmental days.
