Cette étude a pour objectif de surveiller le système linguistique visant à enseigner l'arabe aux non-russophones, en se concentrant particulièrement sur l'expression orale et écrite en tant que modèle. À partir de là, nous nous penchons sur le style de l'enseignant et sa capacité de communication dans l'enseignement de la langue arabe, dans le but de préserver ce précieux patrimoine linguistique, en conflit avec les tendances d'arabisation et de mondialisation. This study aims to monitor the linguistic system for teaching Arabic to non-Russian speakers, with a specific focus on oral and written expression as a model. There is no use for acquiring any given science if the latter does not offer any value to its beholder and the society, he/she lives in. Thus, interacting with society is one of the most important foundations that the curricula constructed according functionalism in the education process is based upon.The Arabic language curriculum must be concerned with making the learner able to accomplish the tasks and jobs that he/she faces in the daily within the society. The process of teaching the language at different levels of education should direct the learner towards practicing diverse linguistic activities, both written and oral.
