Les résultats n’ont pas seulement permis de dépeindre le rôle du contexte dans le changement sémantique de certains termes juridiques mais de faire ressortir un ensemble de xénismes venant de l’arabe pour enrichir le vocabulaire juridique français incapable de décrire certaines situations juridiques liées au contexte algérien. يقدم هذا المقال تحليلاً لمفردات اللغة الفرنسية القانونية في القانون الجزائري من خلال كلمات مأخوذة من قانون الأسرة الجزائري بهدف وصف التغيير الدلالي الذي تخضع له الكلمات الفرنسية ، والتي تقع ضمن المفردات العامة أو القانونية ، من أجل وصف حقائق محددة إلى سياقات جديد. لم تسمح النتائج بتصوير دور السياق في التغيير الدلالي لبعض المصطلحات القانونية فقط ولكن أيضًا لإبراز مجموعة من التعبيرات القادمة من اللغة العربية لإثراء المفردات الفرنسية القانونية غير القادرة على وصف مواقف قانونية معينة مرتبطة بالسياق الجزائري. This article suggests an analysis of the vocabulary of Algerian law in French through parts taken from the Algerian family code with the aim of describing the semantic change that French words undergo, falling within the general or legal vocabulary, in order to describe specific realities to new contexts.The results not only made it possible to depict the role of the context in the semantic change of certain legal terms but to bring out a set of xenisms coming from Arabic to enrich the French legal vocabulary incapable of describing certain legal situations linked to the Algerian context. dim., 08 mai 2022 16:46:13 +0200 dim., 08 mai 2022 16:46:13 +0200 https://aleph.edinum.org:443/5904
