Au départ, l’approche consistait à analyser le discours juridique. Cette analyse a été réalisée sur des textes authentiques de droit (corpus) afin d’identifier ses caractéristiques linguistiques de ce discours. Ensuite, Il s’agit d’analyser les besoins linguistiques de nos étudiants (notre public cible) et en tenant compte des résultats de cette analyse, on a élaboré un programme de formation en fonction des difficultés des étudiants dans le but de leur faciliter l’accès à leurs documents de leur spécialité. هذا المقال جزء من مجال هندسة التكوين، ويهدف إلى تطوير برنامج تكويني بلغة التخصص (قانون). في البداية تتكون المقاربة من تحليل الخطاب القانوني. هذا التحليل تم اجراؤه بواسطة نصوص قانونية والتي هي مجموعة عناصر بحثنا اللغوي لتحديد الخصائص اللّغوية لهذا الخطاب القانوني، ثمّ تحليل الاحتياجات اللّغوية لطلاب الماستير1 وبمراعاة نتائج هذا التحليل، قمنا بتطوير برنامج تكويني وفقًا لصعوبات الطلاب من أجل تسهيل الوصول إلى وثائقهم في هذا التخصّص This article is part of the field of engineering; it aims to develop a formation program in a language of specialty (the law). Initially, the approach was to analyse the juridical discourse. This analysis was performed on authentic texts of law (corpus) to identify its linguistic characteristics of this speech.
