Il s’appuie sur une double approche — rhétorique et linguistique — pour cerner les fonctions cognitives, communicatives et structurantes de l’argumentation. L’analyse met en lumière les stratégies discursives mobilisées par les étudiants, leur capacité à construire des raisonnements cohérents, et à adapter leurs propos en fonction des contextes d’énonciation. Les résultats soulignent une appropriation progressive des genres argumentatifs dans un cadre académique. This article investigates the scientific and pedagogical contributions of argumentation to discourse analysis, based on an empirical study conducted in a university classroom setting. It draws on both rhetorical and linguistic frameworks to explore the cognitive and communicative functions of argumentative discourse. The analysis highlights the discursive strategies used by students, their ability to develop coherent reasoning, and their adaptation to context-sensitive communication. Findings reveal a gradual appropriation of argumentative genres in academic environments. تتناول هذه المقالة الإسهامات العلمية والبيداغوجية للجدل في تحليل الخطاب، انطلاقًا من تجربة تعليمية داخل الجامعة. وتعتمد على مقاربتين، بلاغية ولسانية، لفهم الوظائف المعرفية والتواصلية للبنية الحجاجية. تكشف الدراسة عن الاستراتيجيات الخطابية التي يوظفها الطلاب، وعن قدرتهم على بناء حجج متماسكة والتكيّف مع سياقات التخاطب المختلفة. وتشير النتائج إلى تملّك تدريجي للأنواع الخطابية الحجاجية ضمن السياقات الأكاديمية. Il s’appuie sur l’analyse du discours, la rhétorique argumentaire et l’approche critique pour mettre en évidence les procédés de légitimation, les stratégies rhétoriques et les biais éditoriaux mobilisés en faveur du discours gouvernemental. L’étude montre un cadrage orienté vers la rationalisation économique et l’occultation des voix écologistes. Elle ouvre des perspectives sur la responsabilité discursive des médias en contexte de controverses environnementales. تحلل هذه الدراسة المعالجة الخطابية لاستغلال الغاز الصخري في الصحافة الجزائرية الفرانكوفونية من خلال عينة مأخوذة من جريدة الجمهورية الجديدة. وتعتمد الدراسة على تحليل الخطاب والحجاج البلاغي والمقاربة النقدية لإبراز آليات الشرعنة والاستراتيجيات البلاغية والانحيازات التحريرية التي تخدم الخطاب الحكومي الرسمي. تكشف النتائج عن تأطير موجه نحو التبرير الاقتصادي وتهميش الأصوات البيئية، مما يثير تساؤلات حول مسؤولية الخطاب الإعلامي في سياق النزاعات البيئية. This study examines how shale gas exploitation is discursively framed in the Algerian francophone press, based on a corpus from the newspaper La Nouvelle République. Drawing on discourse analysis, rhetorical argumentation and critical discourse approaches, it highlights the mechanisms of legitimization, rhetorical strategies, and editorial biases supporting the official government narrative. The study reveals a framing centered on economic rationalization and the marginalization of ecological voices. It raises broader questions about media responsibility in environmental controversies. Cette opération implique une attention particulière à l’ensemble des constituants du discours, en tenant compte de sa nature et des exigences spécifiques de la recherche. L’analyse opérationnelle s’articule autour de deux axes principaux : la décortication du discours et sa reproduction. Sur cette base, nous avons développé une grille d’analyse spécifiquement conçue pour ce type de discours. Cette grille vise à intégrer les différents outils d’analyse permettant une compréhension approfondie du discours, de sa structure, de son sens et du contexte dans lequel il se manifeste. تندرج محاولتنا الإجرائية لتحليل الخطاب الإعلامي في إطار الحاجة المتزايدة لتطبيق مختلف النظريات والمناهج من خلال أدوات تحليلية ملائمة. تتطلب هذه العملية التعامل مع جميع عناصر الخطاب، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار طبيعته ومتطلبات البحث الخاصة. يتوزع التحليل الإجرائي بين تفكيك الخطاب وإعادة إنتاجه. بناءً على ذلك، قمنا بتطوير شبكة تحليل خاصة بهذا النوع من الخطاب. تهدف هذه الشبكة إلى دمج الأدوات التحليلية المختلفة لتوفير فهم شامل للخطاب، بما في ذلك هيكله ومعناه والسياق الذي يتم فيه. Our attempt to operationalize the analysis of media discourse addresses the need to apply various theories and methods using appropriate analytical tools. This process requires careful consideration of all the constituents of the discourse, accounting for its nature and the specific requirements of the research. Operational analysis is centered on two main aspects : the dissection of the discourse and its reproduction. Based on this approach, we have developed a specialized analysis grid for this type of discourse. This grid aims to integrate various analytical tools to provide a comprehensive understanding of the discourse, including its structure, meaning, and the context in which it occurs. Porteuse d’une symbolique linguistique bien articulée et d’aspiration plurielle, tenant compte du contexte d’émanation, suscitée par des revendications d’une ferveur outre mesure. Cette contribution met en évidence dans une approche analytique discursive, la nature et les articulations ayant motivé l’immersion dans le langage commun des formes ou créations linguistiques d’usage revendicatif, désignées communément par « formule », objet de notre étude, et leur autonomie linguistique significative dans le contexte précis du mouvement contestataire algérien. Dans le contexte précis de cette démarche, nous opterons, à l’aide d’une analyse discursive, pour les travaux d’Alice Krieg-Planque articulés davantage autour des contextes d’émanation impactés par les grands événements d’opinion. يركز العمل المعروض أعلاه على مفهوم «الظاهرة اللغوية»، التي تنشأ غالبًا عند وقوع الأحداث الكبرى التي يكون صدى تأثيرها على نطاق العالم. والتي تحمل رمزية لغوية مفصلة جيدًا وطموحات متعددة، مع مراعاة محتوى الانبثاق، المبني على مطالبات ذات حماسة معتبرة. تم تسليط الضوء على هذه المساهمة في نهج تحليلي استطرادي، حيث حفزت الطبيعة والتعبيرات على الانغماس في اللغة المشتركة للأشكال أو الإنشاءات اللغوية من الاستخدام المطالب به، والمحددة بـ `` الصيغة ’’، والتي هي موضوع دراستنا، واستقلاليتها الذاتية لغويا المعبرة في السياق الدقيق للحركة الاحتجاجية الجزائرية. وفي الموضوع المحدد لهاده الخطوة، سنختار، بمساعدة تحليل استطرادي، أعمال Alice Krieg-Planque المفصلة حول محتويات الانبثاق المتأثرة بأحداث الرأي الكبيرة The work presented below focuses on the notion of “formula” as a linguistic phenomenon, often appearing at the mercy of major events which impact the world by their magnitude. Carrying a well-articulated linguistic symbolism and plural aspiration, taking into account the context of emanation, aroused by claims of undue fervor. This contribution highlights in a discursive analytical approach, the nature and the articulations having motivated the immersion in the common language of the linguistic forms or creations of protest use, commonly designated by “formula”, object of our study, and their significant linguistic autonomy in the precise context of the Algerian protest movement. Cette analyse a été réalisée sur des textes authentiques de droit (corpus) afin d’identifier ses caractéristiques linguistiques de ce discours. Ensuite, Il s’agit d’analyser les besoins linguistiques de nos étudiants (notre public cible) et en tenant compte des résultats de cette analyse, on a élaboré un programme de formation en fonction des difficultés des étudiants dans le but de leur faciliter l’accès à leurs documents de leur spécialité. هذا المقال جزء من مجال هندسة التكوين، ويهدف إلى تطوير برنامج تكويني بلغة التخصص (قانون). في البداية تتكون المقاربة من تحليل الخطاب القانوني. هذا التحليل تم اجراؤه بواسطة نصوص قانونية والتي هي مجموعة عناصر بحثنا اللغوي لتحديد الخصائص اللّغوية لهذا الخطاب القانوني، ثمّ تحليل الاحتياجات اللّغوية لطلاب الماستير1 وبمراعاة نتائج هذا التحليل، قمنا بتطوير برنامج تكويني وفقًا لصعوبات الطلاب من أجل تسهيل الوصول إلى وثائقهم في هذا التخصّص This article is part of the field of engineering; it aims to develop a formation program in a language of specialty (the law). Initially, the approach was to analyse the juridical discourse. This analysis was performed on authentic texts of law (corpus) to identify its linguistic characteristics of this speech. Then, it is to analyse the linguistic needs of our students (our target audience) and taking into account the results of this analysis, we developed a formation program according to the difficulties of the students in order to facilitate their access to their documents of their specialty.
