Cette recherche tente de s’impliquer dans l’arène des polysèmes juridiques et se penche sur la pluralité des équivalents traductifs du système juridique islamique la « šarīʻa ʼislāmiyya » vers le système civil français, et de déchiffrer la polysémie dans la langue cible afin d’éviter de tomber sur l’ambiguïté. Elle insiste également sur la rigueur et la monoconceptualité terminologique conformes aux fins interprétatives de chaque système juridique lors du processus de la traduction. تهدف هذه الدراسة لاستقراء إشكالية تعدد المعنى في الترجمة المصطلحية القانونية إلى اللغة الفرنسية بشكل عام ومصطلحية قانون الأسرة الجزائري بشكل خاص. كما يتوسم هذا البحث أيضا الخوض في معترك تعدد المكافئات في نقل مصطلح من نظام الشريعة الإسلامية إلى النظام القانوني المدني الفرنسي ومحاولة فك شفرة تعدد المعنى المصطلحي في اللغة الهدف بغية تجنب الوقوع في الغموض اللغوي، كما يشدد على توخي الدقة المصطلحية وتبني الأحادية المفهومية التي تتلاءم والأغراض التأويلية القانونية لكل نظام قانوني معين أثناء عملية الترجمة. This present study aims to investigate the problem of polysemy in legal translation into French, and to examine in particular the translation of terminological polysemes of the Algerian family code. The paper attempts to get involved into the arena of polysemantic and multiequivalent terms in translation within the framework of the Islamic Shari’a system into the French civil law system, and to decipher the polysemy in the target language in order to avoid ambiguity. Les textes juridiques utilisent un langage particulier : le langage juridique.La traduction juridique est très importante à notre époque en raison du grand nombre d’échanges commerciaux et de la mondialisation qui contribuent à créer un environnement approprié pour le marketing qui avance à un rythme rapide. Le traducteur juridique doit donc adapter la terminologie juridique à sa culture nationale car sa traduction fera office de document officiel, ce qui est le cas de la traduction du Code de commerce algérien, considéré comme étant la base de l’essor économique national. Legal texts use a particular language: the language of law.Legal translation is very important in our time due to the large number of commercial exchanges and globalization which helps to create an appropriate environment for marketing at a fast pace.
