https://aleph.edinum.org:443/4787 Entrées d’index fr 0 https://aleph.edinum.org:443/7222 سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى بناء أُطر نظرية وتحليلية تُغطي ظاهرة خطاب الكراهية داخل الفضاء السيبراني وتُحاول فهمه في شُموليته وبكافة مُستوياته البنيوية والسوسيو-تقنية والتكنولوجية، مُركزّة على سياقات ظُهور مضامين الكراهية ودوافع إنتاجها وأنماط تداولها والتفاعل معها في البيئة الرقمية الجديدة. وتوزّعت هيكلية الدراسة على ثلاثة أقسام. حيث عَرَضنا في القسم الأول مَدخلا مَفاهيميا وإجرائيا لمصطلح خطاب الكراهية وبَحَثنَا في امتداده النظري والمعياري ضمن الأدبيات البحثية الاجتماعية بناءً على الاستقراء النظري والمعرفي. وعَالَج القسم الثاني ديناميات خطاب الكراهية السيبراني وأنماطه وكذا السياقات الاجتماعية والتكنولوجية التي يُنتج فيها. وتَناول القسم الثالث سُبل التعاطي والاستيعاب الحالية لخطاب الكراهية السيبراني وكذا الرهانات والمخاطر الفعلية التي يطرحها هذا الخطاب على النسيج المجتمعي في كلا مظاهر حضوره الرقمي والمادي وعلى مُقومات العيش المشترك في أبعاده الإنسانية والحقوقية. La présente étude visait à construire des cadres théoriques et analytiques couvrant le phénomène du discours de haine dans le cyberespace, en tentant de le comprendre dans son intégralité et à tous ses niveaux structurels, socio-techniques et technologiques, en se concentrant sur les contextes d’émergence des contenus haineux, les motifs de leur diffusion et leurs modèles de circulation dans le nouvel environnement numérique. La structure de l’étude a été divisée en trois sections. Dans la première section, nous avons présenté une introduction conceptuelle et épistémologique au concept de discours de haine et examiné son contexte théorique et normatif dans le domaine de la recherche sociale, apportant ainsi un complément indispensable à la recherche actuelle. La deuxième section traite de la dynamique et des modèles de la cyberhaine ainsi que des contextes sociaux et technologiques dans lesquels elle est produite. La troisième section se concentre sur les approches actuelles du traitement de la cyberhaine, parallèlement aux enjeux et aux dangers réels que ce type de discours fait peser sur le tissu sociétal, tant dans sa présence numérique que physique, et sur les éléments mêmes de la coexistence dans ses dimensions humaines, juridiques et démocratiques. The current study sought to construct theoretical and analytical frameworks that cover the phenomenon of hate speech within cyberspace, attempting to understand it in its comprehensiveness and at all its structural, socio-technical, and technological levels, focusing on the contexts of the emergence of hate content, the motives behind its dissemination and its patterns of circulation within the new digital environment. The structure of study was divided into three sections. In the first section, we presented a conceptual and epistemological introduction to the concept of hate speech and examined its theoretical and normative background within the social research arena, providing a much-needed addition to current research. The second section discusses the dynamics and patterns of cyberhate as well as the social and technological contexts in which it is produced. The third section focuses on the current approaches to dealing with cyberhate, in parallel with the actual stakes and dangers that this type of discourse poses to the societal fabric in both its digital and physical presence and its dangers to the very elements of coexistence in its human, legal and democratic dimensions. sam., 03 déc. 2022 13:02:35 +0100 lun., 05 juin 2023 11:14:48 +0200 https://aleph.edinum.org:443/7222 https://aleph.edinum.org:443/4777 يعد التطور التقني للعالم الرقمي ثورة في جميع المجالات خاصة مجال المعلومات والتي أصبحت تستغل هنا وهناك بأي طريقة ممكنة لذلك في إطار ما يعرف بالحرب النفسية للمعلومات، بهدف التأثير المباشر وغير المباشر على أولئك الأفراد المتواصلين عبر هذا الفضاء واستغلال الجانب النفسي لهم خاصة في أوقات الأزمات التي تعد أرضا خصبة لإبراز أساليبها المتعددة والمختلفة من دعاية ونشر للشائعات وممارسة عملية التضليل الإعلامي والتعديل الفكري وغسل المخ البشري للمستخدم وإعادة برمجته ومحاولة تطويعه وفق أهداف محددة من قبل القائم بالاستغلال لها، ففي الأزمة تقل المعلومات الرسمية وتكثر فيها المعلومات غير الرسمية، فاتحة المجال لتعاظم دور الإشاعة والدعاية النفسية في هذا الفضاء مما يجعلنا في هذا الإطار أمام حرب نفسية للمعلومات بشكل رقمي بامتياز.تتناول هذه الدراسة النظرية البحث حول الكيفية التي يساهم بها الفضاء السيبراني في إعادة بناء أساليب الحرب النفسية للمعلومات عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والإعلام الرقمي بصفة عامة، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على الاستغلال غير الأخلاقي للمعلومات وللجانب النفسي للإنسان في إطار الحرب النفسية باعتبارها أحد أشد أسلحة الحرب فتكا في العصر الحالي. Le développement technique du monde numérique est considéré comme une révolution dans tous les domaines, en particulier dans le domaine de l'information, qui est devenu exploité ici et là par tous les possibles, à travers le cadre de ce qu'on appelle la guerre psychologique de l'information afin d'affecter directement et indirectement les individus connectés à travers cet espace. En outre, d’exploiter leur aspect psychologique, en particulier pendant la période de crise, qui est considéré comme un terrain fertile pour mettre en évidence ses différentes méthodes de propagande et de diffusion des rumeurs. En plus de la pratique du processus de désinformation, de modification intellectuelle et de lavage du cerveau de l'utilisateur, puis le reprogrammer selon les objectifs spécifiques de son exploiteur. En général, dans les crises, l'information officielle est réduite tandis que l'information informelle est augmentée en ouvrant la voie au rôle croissant des rumeurs et de la propagande psychologique dans cet espace, ce qui unous rend dans ce parfaiter dans psychologique de l 'information d'une manière numérique.Cette étude théorique examine comment le cyberespace contribue à la reconstruction des méthodes de guerre psychologique de l'information à travers les médias sociaux et les médias numériques en général, ainsi que identifie l'exploitation contraire et l'éthique de l'information à l ' éthique de l'information psychologique des êtres aspect humains dans le contexte de la guerre psychologique comme l'une des armes les plus meurtrières de la guerre de l'époque actuelle.. The technical development of the digital world is regarded as a revolution in every field, especially the field of information, which has become exploited here and there by any possible way, through the framework of what is known as the psychological warfare of information in order to affect directly and indirectly those individuals connected through this space. Furthermore, to exploit their psychological aspect, particularly during the period of crises, which is considered as a fertile ground to highlight its various methods of propaganda and dissemination of rumors. In addition to the practice of the process of misinformation, intellectual modification and brain washing of the user, then reprogramming it according to the specific purposes of its exploiter.
