Este desarrollo ha influido mucho en la educación. En nuestro caso, las TIC, las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación juegan un papel vital en la mejora de la enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras y su forma de aprender. La expresión oral es una de las habilidades lingüísticas que los estudiantes de idiomas se esfuerzan constantemente por desarrollar. Mejorar estas capacidades siempre ha sido un desafío. El propósito de este trabajo es determinar el impacto de las TIC en la mejora de la competencia oral. A partir de una perspectiva conceptual, se insta a propiciar los aportes teóricos relacionados con la temática, así como unas estrategias didácticas que posibilitan la mejora del aprendizaje de lenguas extranjeras. Por ello, para la realización del presente artículo se basa en una metodología documental a través de la recopilación de datos de estudios relacionados con la temática, por lo que se analiza e interpreta estos datos. Los resultados de esta investigación evidenciaron que las tecnologías influyen positivamente en el desarrollo y la adquisición de la competencia oral en una lengua extranjera. يشهد العصر التكنولوجي الحالي تطورًا وتحولًا سريعًا في جميع القطاعات، مما يعني التقدم من أجل رفاهية البشرية حيث يتم تحديث كل شيء. لقد أثر هذا التطور بشكل كبير على التعليم. تلعب تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والمعلومات والاتصالات دورًا حيويًا في تحسين تعليم اللغات الأجنبية وطريقة تعلمها. التحدث هو إحدى المهارات اللغوية التي يسعى متعلمو اللغة باستمرار إلى تطويرها. لطالما كان تحسين هذه القدرات يمثل تحديًا الغرض من هذا العمل هو تحديد تأثير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على تحسين الكفاءة الشفوية. من منظور مفاهيمي، نقدم بعض المساهمات النظرية المتعلقة بالموضوع، بالإضافة إلى بعض الاستراتيجيات التعليمية التي تجعل من الممكن تحسين تعلم اللغات الأجنبية. لهذا السبب، نعتمد في هذه المقالة على منهجية وثائقية من خلال جمع البيانات من الدراسات المتعلقة بالموضوع، والتي من أجلها يتم تحليل هذه البيانات وتفسيرها. أظهرت نتائج هذا البحث أن التقنيات لها تأثير إيجابي على تطوير واكتساب الكفاءة الشفوية في لغة أجنبية. L'ère technologique dans laquelle nous nous trouvons a connu un développement et une transformation rapides dans tous les secteurs, ce qui implique un progrès pour le bien-être de l'humanité où tout est modernisé. Ce développement a grandement influencé l'éducation. Dans notre cas, les TIC (technologies de l'information et de la communication) jouent un rôle essentiel dans l'amélioration de l'enseignement et de l'apprentissage des langues étrangères. L'expression orale est l'une des compétences linguistiques que les apprenants s'efforcent constamment de développer. Améliorer ces compétences a toujours été un défi. L'objectif de cet article est de déterminer l'impact des TIC sur l'amélioration des compétences orales. D'un point de vue conceptuel, il s'agit d'apporter des contributions théoriques sur le sujet, ainsi que des stratégies didactiques permettant d'améliorer l'apprentissage des langues étrangères. Pour cette raison, le présent article est basé sur une méthodologie documentaire à travers la collecte de données provenant d'études liées au sujet, d'où l'analyse et l'interprétation de ces données. Les résultats de cette recherche ont montré que les technologies ont une influence positive sur le développement et l'acquisition de la compétence orale dans une langue étrangère. Speaking is one of the language skills that language learners are constantly striving to develop. Improving these skills has always been a challenge. The purpose of this paper is to determine the impact of ICT on the improvement of speaking skills. From a conceptual perspective, it is urged to provide theoretical contributions related to the subject, as well as didactic strategies that make it possible to improve the learning of foreign languages. For this reason, the present article is based on a documentary methodology through the collection of data from studies related to the subject, which is why this data is analyzed and interpreted. Ante esta pandemia las universidades e instituciones se organicen y los métodos y técnicas de trabajo cambian. Enseñar y aprender asignaturas a distancia representa un gran desafío tanto para profesores como aprendices. Este es el caso de la tradumática que es una disciplina dentro de la traductología y que aprovecha la tecnología para dar una respuesta real a las necesidades de la comunicación digital. Obviamente, el mundo de la traducción ha cambiado radicalmente tanto en cuanto a las tecnologías de la traducción como en cuanto a los textos que se traducen. Y el problema que se plantea es que muchos profesores ignoran todavía varias cosas del modo óptimo de enseñar a traducir en las aulas lo que puede obstaculizar la tarea de aprender a traducir. Nuestro objetivo es intentar presentar un modelo pedagógico y un diseño curricular para la enseñanza de la tradumática a distancia conocida bajo el nombre de e-tradumática. . L’apparition de la pandémie de covid 19 a obligé le monde entier à chercher d’autres alternatives pour ne pas arrêter d’apprendre et continuer au moins avec un l’enseignement hybride pour minimiser les dégâts causés par le coronavirus et apporter de nouvelles impulsions. Face à cette pandémie, les universités et institutions s’organisent et les méthodes et techniques de travail changent. Enseigner et apprendre des matières à distance représente un grand défi tant pour les enseignants que pour les apprenants. C’est le cas de la tradumatique, qui est une discipline au sein des sciences de la traduction et qui tire parti de la technologie pour apporter une réelle réponse aux besoins de la communication numérique. De toute évidence, le monde de la traduction a radicalement changé tant en termes de technologies de traduction qu’en termes de textes traduits. Et le problème qui se pose est que de nombreux enseignants ignorent encore diverses choses sur la manière optimale d’enseigner la traduction en classe, ce qui peut entraver la tâche d’apprendre à traduire. Notre objectif est d’essayer de présenter un modèle pédagogique et une conception curriculaire pour l’enseignement à distance de la tradumatique connue sous le nom de e-tradumatique.  أجبر ظهور جائحة كوفيد 19 العالم بأسره على البحث عن بدائل أخرى حتى لا يتوقف عن التعلم ويستمر على الأقل في التدريس الهجين لتقليل الضرر الناجم عن فيروس كورونا واللجوء لحلول جديدة. في مواجهة هذا الوباء، تنظم الجامعات والمؤسسات نفسها وتتغير أساليب وتقنيات العمل. تمثل مواد التدريس والتعلم عن بُعد تحديًا كبيرًا لكل من المعلمين والمتعلمين. هذه هي حالة الترادوماتيكية ، وهو تخصص في علم الترجمة ويستفيد من التكنولوجيا لتوفير استجابة حقيقية لاحتياجات الاتصالات الرقمية. من الواضح أن عالم الترجمة قد تغير بشكل جذري من حيث تقنيات الترجمة ومن حيث النصوص المترجمة. والمشكلة التي تظهر هي أن العديد من المعلمين لا يزالون غير مدركين لأشياء مختلفة حول الطريقة المثلى لتدريس الترجمة في القسم، مما قد يعيق مهمة تعلم الترجمة. هدفنا هو محاولة تقديم نموذج تربوي وتصميم منهج للتدريس عن بعد للترادوماتيكية The appearance of the covid 19 pandemic has forced the entire world to look for other alternatives so as not to stop learning and continue at least with hybrid teaching to minimize the damage caused by the coronavirus and bring new impulses. In the face of this pandemic, universities and institutions organize themselves and work methods and techniques change. Teaching and learning subjects remotely represents a great challenge for both teachers and learners. This is the case of tradumatics, which is a discipline within translation studies that takes advantage of technology to provide a real response to the needs of digital communication. Obviously, the world of translation has changed radically, both in terms of translation technologies and in terms of the texts that are translated. And the problem that arises is that many teachers still ignore several things about the best way to teach translation in the classroom, which can hinder the task of learning to translate. Our objective is to try to present a pedagogical model and a curricular design for teaching tradumatics at a distance, known under the name of e-tradumatics. mer., 10 mai 2023 18:30:20 +0200 mar., 06 juin 2023 21:16:18 +0200 https://aleph.edinum.org:443/8638 https://aleph.edinum.org:443/3371 تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في الجامعة الجزائرية وسبل تفعيلها حيث يعتبر توظيف تقنية المعلومات والانترنت من أهم الأدوات التي تساعد على تحقيق الجودة الشاملة في العملية التعليمية وتقليص الفجوة المعرفية والاجتماعية بين الأفراد، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في معالجة الموضوع، وقد أظهرت النتائج ما يلي: الجهود المبذولة من طرف وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي لرقمنة القطاع تبقى محدودة وبعيدة كل البعد عن المؤشرات والمعايير الدولية في مجال استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في التعليم الجامعي، كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود جملة من المعوقات التي تحول دون استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية والمتعلقة بالجانب التقني والبشري، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج اقترحت الباحثتان مجموعة من التوصيات منها: أن الجامعة الجزائرية ملزمة بضرورة الاسراع في تبني استراتيجية واضحة ترمي الى التحول نحو التعليم الرقمي وتفعيل استخدامه للوصول الى مجتمع المعرفة. L’objectif de cette étude est d’identifier la réalité de l’utilisation des technologies de l’information et de la communication dans l’Université algérienne et les moyens de l’activer, où l’utilisation des technologies de l’information et d’Internet est l’un des outils les plus importants qui contribuent à atteindre la qualité globale du processus éducatif et à réduire le fossé matériel et social entre les connaissances et le social entre les particuliers, pour atteindre les objectifs de l’étude que nous avons misé sur l’approche analytique descriptive pour aborder le sujet, les résultats ont montré ce qui suit : les efforts du ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche pour numériser le secteur restent limités et loin des normes internationales dans le domaine de l’utilisation des TICE dans l’enseignement universitaire, comme l’ont révélé les résultats de l’étude, il existe un certain nombre d’obstacles à l’utilisation de l’information et des technologies de communication dans les établissements algériens d’enseignement supérieur liés à l’aspect technique et humain, et à la lumière de ces résultats, les chercheurs ont proposé un ensemble de recommandations L’Université d’Algérie est obligée d’accélérer l’adoption d’une stratégie claire visant à passer à l’éducation numérique et à activer son utilisation pour atteindre la société du savoir.
