C’est dans ce contexte que le tutorat a été mis en place dans la plupart des universités algériennes et plus particulièrement à l’université d’Alger 2. Afin de comprendre au mieux ce dispositif et de saisir pourquoi il a échoué, nous avons essayé à travers cette étude de l’analyser. Nous avons également interprété les comptes rendus des enseignants tuteurs de l’université d’Alger 2 que nous avons interrogés. Enfin, nous finirons par proposer des solutions pour l’amélioration de ce dispositif dans le cas où il serait amené à être réintroduit à l’avenir. وقد أدى نظام LMD (الترخيص - ماجستير - دكتورات)، الذي دخل حيز التنفيذ في 2004/2005 ، إلى اضطراب حقيقي في ممارسات التدريس الجامعي. وفي هذا السياق، تم إنشاء الدروس الخصوصية في معظم الجامعات الجزائرية، وبشكل خاص في جامعة الجزائر 2. من أجل فهم أفضل لهذا الجهاز وفهم سبب فشله، حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة لتحليله. كما فسرنا تقارير المعلمين المعلمين في جامعة الجزائر 2 الذين قابلناهم. وأخيرا، سنقترح في نهاية المطاف حلولا لتحسين هذا النظام في حالة إعادة العمل به في المستقبل The LMD (Licence-Master-Doctorate) system, which came into force in 2004/2005, has led to a real upheaval in university teaching practices. It is in this context that tutoring has been introduced in most Algerian universities and more particularly at the University of Algiers 2. In order to understand this system as well as possible and to grasp why it failed, we have tried to analyse it through this study. We also interpreted the reports of the tutor teachers of the University of Algiers 2 that we interviewed.
