Dans cet article, nous essaierons de parler de l’état de l’université algérienne, qui a mis au point un nouveau système et adopté par le pouvoir politique comme une alternative de l’enseignement supérieur au système classique, à savoir le système (LMD), après que l’université algérienne a vécu pendant plus de 20 ans en crise aiguë, ce qui a été un obstacle à Atteindre ses objectifs et les succès attendus.À travers le système LMD, il a cherché à résoudre cette crise et à promouvoir à nouveau l’université afin de suivre l’évolution mondiale de l’éducation dans le monde, malgré les conséquences négatives de ce système, que certains misent sur le dépassement et la modernisation pour que l’étudiant interagisse avec l’environnement social et économique. This research paper is an attempt to reveal the situation of the Algerian university, which developed a new system and adopted the political authority as an alternative option in higher education to the classical system, namely the LMD system, after the Algerian university and the overwhelming of 20 years have lived a severe crisis, an obstacle to Achieving its objectives and superiorities. Through the LMD system, it has sought to resolve this crisis and revive the university with a view to keeping abreast of global developments in world education, despite the shortcomings that some bet on overcoming and upgrading it so that university students can interact with the socio-economic environment mar., 06 juil. 2021 20:37:31 +0200 ven., 23 juil. 2021 16:55:29 +0200 https://aleph.edinum.org:443/4254 https://aleph.edinum.org:443/3371 تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في الجامعة الجزائرية وسبل تفعيلها حيث يعتبر توظيف تقنية المعلومات والانترنت من أهم الأدوات التي تساعد على تحقيق الجودة الشاملة في العملية التعليمية وتقليص الفجوة المعرفية والاجتماعية بين الأفراد، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في معالجة الموضوع، وقد أظهرت النتائج ما يلي: الجهود المبذولة من طرف وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي لرقمنة القطاع تبقى محدودة وبعيدة كل البعد عن المؤشرات والمعايير الدولية في مجال استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في التعليم الجامعي، كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود جملة من المعوقات التي تحول دون استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية والمتعلقة بالجانب التقني والبشري، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج اقترحت الباحثتان مجموعة من التوصيات منها: أن الجامعة الجزائرية ملزمة بضرورة الاسراع في تبني استراتيجية واضحة ترمي الى التحول نحو التعليم الرقمي وتفعيل استخدامه للوصول الى مجتمع المعرفة. L’objectif de cette étude est d’identifier la réalité de l’utilisation des technologies de l’information et de la communication dans l’Université algérienne et les moyens de l’activer, où l’utilisation des technologies de l’information et d’Internet est l’un des outils les plus importants qui contribuent à atteindre la qualité globale du processus éducatif et à réduire le fossé matériel et social entre les connaissances et le social entre les particuliers, pour atteindre les objectifs de l’étude que nous avons misé sur l’approche analytique descriptive pour aborder le sujet, les résultats ont montré ce qui suit : les efforts du ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche pour numériser le secteur restent limités et loin des normes internationales dans le domaine de l’utilisation des TICE dans l’enseignement universitaire, comme l’ont révélé les résultats de l’étude, il existe un certain nombre d’obstacles à l’utilisation de l’information et des technologies de communication dans les établissements algériens d’enseignement supérieur liés à l’aspect technique et humain, et à la lumière de ces résultats, les chercheurs ont proposé un ensemble de recommandations L’Université d’Algérie est obligée d’accélérer l’adoption d’une stratégie claire visant à passer à l’éducation numérique et à activer son utilisation pour atteindre la société du savoir.
