Es wird vom ehemaligen russischen Schachspielweltmeister Garri Kimowitsch Kasparow als Kunst, Wissenschaft und Sport begriffen (vgl. Kasparow, 2002), was dessen Mehrdimensionalität und Komplexität an den Tag legt. Dieses Spiel übt noch eine besondere Faszination, dessen künstlerischer Dimension – in der Weltliteratur im Allgemeinen und in der deutschsprachigen Literatur insbesondere – bemerkenswerte Darstellungen widerfahren. Daher lässt sich im vorliegenden Beitrag über dessen ästhetisch-poetischen Stellenwert, genauer über sein allegorisch-metaphorisches Potenzial in der deutschsprachigen Gegenwartsliteratur fragen. Seine strategische und symbolische Seite lässt sich auf die der Textproduktion übertragen, was ihre raummetaphorische Konstruktivität in den Mittelpunkt rückt und eine Re-Konstruktion impliziert. Sich hinaus lässt darüber fragen, wie sich der literarische Text auf Grund dieser Entsprechung spielerisch und selbstreflexiv konfigurieren und darstellen lässt. يعتبر الشطرنج من أشهر الألعاب التي عرفتها البشرية منذ عدة قرون. فكان "غاري كيموفيتش كاسباروف"، البطل العالمي السابق ، يعتبر لعبة الشطرنج بمثابة فن وعلم ورياضة في نفس الوقت (كاسباروف 2002) ، مما يبرز خاصيتها المعقدة و شكلها الثقافي المتنوع في الفنون عامة، وفي الأدب بشكل خاص. وانطلاقا من هذا العنصر يهدف هذا المقال إلى تحليل البعد الجمالي للعبة الشطرنج وتسليط الضوء على رمزيتها كاستعارة وإستراتيجية نصية في الأدب الألماني المعاصر، إذ يتطرق المقال أيضا إلى دراسة تعبيرها المجازي من ناحية استطرادية. Les échecs sont considérés comme l’un des jeux les plus célèbres et fascinants de la culture universelle. L’ancien prodige et champion du monde Garry Kimovitch Kasparov le conçoit comme un art, une science et un sport (Kasparov, 2002), ce qui met en avant sa multidimentionnalité et sa complexité. Ce jeu exerce, à ce jour, une fascination particulière, notamment de par sa dimension artistique – que ce soit dans la littérature universelle ou germanophone – qui connait dans cette dernière des représentations intéressantes et multiples. De par ces aspects, le présent article s’interroge sur sa dimension esthético-poétique, en particulier sur sa portée allégorique et métaphorique dans la littérature allemande contemporaine. Ses aspects stratégiques et symboliques se transposent à ceux du texte et de sa productivité, et permettent d’en reconstruire le cheminement. L’article met en avant cette analogie et configuration des aspects ludique et autoréflexif du texte littéraire dans son propre jeu. Chess is considered to be one of the most popular games of universal culture. The former Russian world chess champion Garry Kimovich Kasparov conceives it as an art, a science and a sport as well (cf. Kasparov, 2002). This status emphasises its multi-dimensionality and complexity. Chess still exercises a fascination through its artistic dimension and remarkable representations, whether in world literature in general or in the German-language literature in particular. Therefore, the present article aims to analyze the aesthetic, poetical, allegorical and metaphorical potential of chess in contemporary German-language literature. Playing chess features symbolic and strategic aspects that may be transposed to those of text production. This brings its spatial and metaphorical constructivity into focus and implies a discursive re-construction.
