https://aleph.edinum.org:443/3454 Entrées d’index fr 0 https://aleph.edinum.org:443/4766 يقدم هذا البحث نظرة حول الوصول الحر للمعلومة العلمية والتقنية مبينا أهميتها وطريقة تطورها مما جعلها طريقة مقننة للتواصل العلمي، الذي فك عدة قيود منها القيود المالية واحتكار الناشرين لهذا المجال. هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على نشاط الباحثين الجزائريين عبر حركة الوصول الحر للمعلومة، وطنيا، اقليميا ودوليا عبر عدة بوابات ومنصات علمية حرة، وكنتيجة توصلنا الى أننا في بداية طريقنا الى مجتمع العلوم المفتوحة رغم ما يتظافر من جهود. ولتطوير ها الوضع وجب وضع استراتيجية مرنة ومناسبة تتأقلم مع وضع النشر العلمي للباحثين الجزائريين الذين في اغلبية الوقت لا تلقى أعمالهم الصدى المرجو والمرئية على الشبكات رغم أهميتها. Cette recherche fournit un aperçu du libre accès aux informations scientifiques et techniques indiquant son importance et la manière dont il a été développé, ce qui en a fait une méthode de communication scientifique standardisée, qui a permis de lever plusieurs restrictions, notamment les restrictions financières et le monopole des éditeurs dans ce domaine. L’étude visait à identifier l’activité des chercheurs algériens par le biais du mouvement de libre accès à l’information, aux niveaux national, régional et international, par le biais de plusieurs passerelles et plateformes scientifiques gratuites. Nous sommes donc au début de notre chemin vers la communauté scientifique ouverte malgré les efforts déployés. Afin de développer cette situation, une stratégie souple et appropriée doit être développée pour s’adapter à la publication scientifique de chercheurs algériens, dont les travaux ne sont souvent pas répercutés sur les réseaux, malgré leur importance This research provides a look at the free access to scientific and technical information indicating its importance and the way of its development, which made it a standardized method of scientific communication, which unraveled several restrictions, including financial restrictions and monopoly of publishers for this field. The study aimed to identify the activity of Algerian researchers through the movement of free access to information, nationally, regionally and internationally through several gateways and free scientific platforms, and as a result we have come to the beginning of our way to the open science community despite the efforts.
