This article focuses on the myth of spinners very present in the ancient imagination. The corpus we have chosen seems to reinvest this myth by presenting several of its figures. Thus, Philomèle, Pénélope, Ariane and the three moires weave the narrative plot accompanying the main character that is found in each of them.
