https://aleph.edinum.org:443/2333 يهتم البحث بقضية ممارسة الترجمة المتخصصة في المكاتب العمومية للترجمة الرسمية في الجزائر، منطلقا من النصوص المرجعية القانونية التي أحدثت مهنة المترجم-الترجمان الرسمي، ومنتقلا بعد ذلك إلى مناقشة مهام ودور المترجم الرسمي، وطبيعة النصوص المعروضة أمام قلم الترجمة الرسمية، مع التركيز على أنواع الصعوبات التي تواجه ممتهن الترجمة، ونوعية المهارات التي من الواجب التمتع بها لممارسة هذا النوع من المهن. Le présent travail s’intéresse à l’exercice de la traduction spécialisée dans les offices publics de traduction officielle en Algérie, citant en premier les textes juridiques de référence qui ont créé la profession de traducteur-interprète officiel, le rôle de ce dernier, et la nature des textes à traduire dans ces offices, en soulignant les types de difficultés qui se présentent devant ce genre de traduction, pour aboutir aux compétences dont doit jouir cet officier public. This paper concentrates on specialized translation exercising within certified translation offices in Algeria, starting from legal texts that create the profession of certified translator-interpreter, moving to the responsibilities of certified translator, and the nature of texts proposed to certified translation, focusing on the difficulties that the translator is facing in its everyday work and the required skills necessary for this kind of professions.
