Il répond aux questions suivantes : Qu’entend-on par dictionnaire historique ? Dans quelle mesure ce type de dictionnaire sert-il l’arabe ? Pourquoi nous en manque-t-il ? Peut-on construire un dictionnaire historique arabe à l’instar des autres langues ? Pouce faire, nous avons passé en revue le statut de la langue arabe parmi les langues du monde, la définition du lexique historique, les types, les caractéristiques, la nécessité et le besoin de commencer à construire une véritable tradition lexicographique diachronique arabe. The essay discussed the theme of the historical dictionary of the Arabic language ; the reality and the ambition. In fact, we tried to answer some important questions like : what is a historical dictionary ? To what extent does it serve the Arabic language ? May we ; one day ; have our own historical dictionaries like all the countries in the word ? The most important points tackled were first the status of the Arabic language among the other languages in the world. Second ; the definition of the historical dictionary, its types, features, its role, our need for it, and the ambition to achieve a historical dictionary for Arabic which went through three significant trials. The first one was by the German orientalist August Fisher who announced it in 1907. The second one was the project of the historical dictionary in Tunisia in 1990. The last one was in Doha in 2013. Here we have spoken about the layout of that work, its steps, its goals, the obstacles faced and the criteria of the desired Arabic historical Dictionary. قدّمنا في هذا المقال : المعجم التّاريخيّ للغة العربيّة بين الواقع والطّموح، وحاولنا فيه الإجابة عن الإشكاليّة الآتية : ما المقصود بالمعجم التّاريخيّ؟ إلى أيّ مدى يخدم هذا النّوع من المعجمات اللّغة العربيّة؟ ولمَ نفتقر إليه؟ وهل يمكن أن يكون لنا يوما معجما تاريخيّا كباقي دول العالم؟ وكانت أهم النّقاط التي تعرّضنا إليها : مكانة اللّغة العربيّة بين لغات العالم، تعريف المعجم التّاريخيّ، أنواعه، مميّزاته، مهمّته، حاجتنا إلى معجم تاريخيّ، الطّموح إلى إنجاز معجم تاريخيّ للغّة العربيّة من خلال أهم ثلاث محاولات، أوّلها محاولة المستشرق الألمانيّ فيشر، والذي أعلن عنها سنة 1907م، ثانيها مشروع المعجم التّاريخيّ في تونس عام 1990م، وآخرها مشروع معجم الدّوحة التّاريخيّ سنة 2013م، فتحدّثنا في هذا العنصر عن خطّة العمل ومراحله، أهداف المشروع، الصّعوبات والعوائق التي تواجهه، وتطرّقنا إلى مواصفات المعجم التّاريخيّ المنشود. dim., 29 déc. 2019 21:02:00 +0100 ven., 03 janv. 2020 15:07:39 +0100 https://aleph.edinum.org:443/1906
