      <link>https://aleph.edinum.org:443/18043</link>
This exploratory descriptive study examines the observable contributions of a peer — tutoring workshop in which a Greek myth was transformed into a dramatic text in French as a foreign language. The classroom sequence involved thirty second — year secondary — school students in a public school in Sidi Bel Abbès, divided into two groups of fifteen. Both groups completed an initial writing task, an intermediate activity based on the myth of Pandora, and a final writing task. The main contrast concerned the social organisation of the intermediate task: peer — tutored writing in the experimental group and individual writing in the comparison group. Two preparatory sessions were devoted to tutor training under teacher supervision. However, the detailed data available for analysis concern only two representative trajectories and the work of the tutored pair; the study is therefore presented as a comparative case study rather than as a statistical estimate of an average effect across all thirty participants. The tutored case shows descriptive improvement in punctuation, connectors, spelling, verb morphology, grammar, and vocabulary, together with more extensive revision activity. The comparison case also improves in its use of dramatic — text conventions, suggesting that the contribution of the mythic support, task familiarity, and peer mediation should be analytically distinguished. The findings support the pedagogical relevance of structured peer tutoring while requiring caution regarding comparability, coding reliability, and generalisability. </description>
