https://aleph.edinum.org:443/16808 Cet article analyse la Tajmaat kabyle comme une forme endogène de médiation communautaire, située à l’intersection de la régulation sociale, de la transmission patrimoniale, du bénévolat culturel et de la gouvernance locale. Loin de la réduire à une survivance coutumière, l’étude la considère comme un opérateur social capable de produire des normes, d’organiser la réciprocité, de gérer les conflits et de préserver des communs culturels. À partir d’une démarche socio-anthropologique interprétative, articulant les apports de l’anthropologie du don, de l’économie morale, de la médiation culturelle, du capital social et des théories de la reconnaissance, l’article montre que la Tajmaat permet de penser autrement les médiations culturelles contemporaines : non seulement comme des dispositifs professionnels d’accès aux œuvres, mais aussi comme des pratiques collectives de liaison, de traduction, de délibération et d’entretien du lien. L’analyse met également en évidence les tensions qui traversent cette institution : invisibilisation du travail bénévole, hiérarchies générationnelles, différenciations de genre, concurrence ou coopération avec les institutions communales, hybridation associative et usages numériques. La Tajmaat apparaît ainsi comme un laboratoire local de démocratie culturelle, à condition d’en penser simultanément la puissance intégratrice et les limites internes. يتناول هذا المقال تاجماعت في المجتمع القبائلي بوصفها شكلاً داخلياً من أشكال الوساطة المجتمعية، يقع عند تقاطع التنظيم الاجتماعي، ونقل التراث اللامادي، والعمل الثقافي التطوعي، والحكامة المحلية. ولا ينظر البحث إلى تاجماعت باعتبارها مجرد بقايا عرفية من الماضي، بل يعدّها جهازاً اجتماعياً قادراً على إنتاج القواعد، وتنظيم علاقات التبادل، وتسوية النزاعات، وصون المشترك الثقافي. واعتماداً على مقاربة سوسيو-أنثروبولوجية تأويلية تستند إلى أنثروبولوجيا الهبة، والاقتصاد الأخلاقي، والوساطة الثقافية، ورأس المال الاجتماعي، ونظرية الاعتراف، يبيّن المقال أن تاجماعت تتيح إعادة التفكير في الوساطة الثقافية خارج الأطر المهنية والمؤسسية الصرفة. كما يكشف التحليل عن توترات داخلية تتعلق بلا مرئية العمل التطوعي، والتراتبيات الجيلية، والفوارق الجندرية، وعلاقات التعاون أو التنافس مع المؤسسات البلدية، والتحولات الجمعوية والرقمية. ومن ثم تظهر تاجماعت مختبراً محلياً للديمقراطية الثقافية، شريطة التفكير في قوتها الإدماجية وحدودها الداخلية في آن واحد. This article examines the Kabyle Tajmaat as an endogenous form of community mediation located at the crossroads of social regulation, heritage transmission, cultural volunteering and local governance. Rather than treating it as a mere survival of customary organization, the study approaches it as a social operator capable of producing norms, organizing reciprocity, managing conflicts and preserving cultural commons. Drawing on an interpretive socio-anthropological approach that combines theories of the gift, moral economy, cultural mediation, social capital and recognition, the article shows that Tajmaat offers a way to rethink contemporary cultural mediation beyond professional and institutional models. It is not only a mechanism for access to cultural goods, but also a collective practice of social linking, translation, deliberation and maintenance of communal bonds. The analysis further highlights the tensions within this institution: the invisibility of voluntary cultural work, generational hierarchies, gendered differentiations, cooperation or competition with municipal institutions, associative hybridization and digital uses. Tajmaat thus appears as a local laboratory of cultural democracy, provided that its integrative power and internal limitations are considered together.
