This article examines the attractiveness of shopping centers in the new city of Ali Mendjeli (Constantine). It presents the main elements that contribute to boosting the attractiveness for shoppers, through the installation of « locomotives » such as supermarkets or prestigious well-known brands, as well as the offering of entertainment and leisure activities.
