https://aleph.edinum.org:443/12715 Entrées d’index fr 0 https://aleph.edinum.org:443/12707 يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة دور الإعلام التقليدي والرقمي في تغطية النزاع المسلَّح الروسي-الأوكراني، باعتباره موجهًا رئيسيًا للرأي العام الداخلي والدولي. يتم ذلك من خلال تأثير وسائل الإعلام المتخصصة التي تخاطب الجماهير الداخلية والخارجية باستخدام مختلف الأدوات والأساليب، لنقل الأحداث والوقائع المرتبطة بتطور العمليات العسكرية.وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن التغطية الإعلامية لهذا النزاع تختلف حسب توجهات وقناعات الأطراف المتنازعة، حيث يسعى كل طرف إلى الترويج لأفكاره بهدف كسب الرأي العام. كما خلص البحث إلى أن الإعلام الرقمي، رغم تقدمه، لم يستطع إلغاء دور الإعلام التقليدي، لا سيما في تغطية الحروب والنزاعات المسلحة مثل النزاع الروسي-الأوكراني. Cette recherche a pour objectif d'analyser le rôle des médias, traditionnels et numériques, dans la couverture du conflit armé russo-ukrainien, en tant que vecteur principal de l'opinion publique, à la fois nationale et internationale. Les médias spécialisés influencent cette opinion en diffusant des événements et des faits liés à l’évolution des hostilités, en utilisant divers outils et moyens pour s'adresser tant à un public interne qu'externe.Au terme de cette étude, il a été constaté que la couverture médiatique du conflit différait selon les orientations et les convictions de chaque partie prenante, chacune tentant de promouvoir ses propres idées pour attirer l’opinion publique. Par ailleurs, malgré l’essor des médias numériques, leur rôle ne supplante pas celui des médias traditionnels, en particulier dans la couverture des guerres et conflits armés tels que le conflit russo-ukrainien. This research aims to analyze the role of both traditional and digital media in covering the Russian-Ukrainian armed conflict, as a primary influencer of national and international public opinion. It explores how specialized media professionals use various tools and platforms to address internal and external audiences, publishing events and developments related to the hostilities.The research concludes that media coverage of the conflict differs according to the orientations and beliefs of each party, with each side attempting to promote its views to shape public opinion.
