https://aleph.edinum.org:443/12601 Publications de Auteurs سهام حساين Siham Hassaine fr 0 https://aleph.edinum.org:443/11424 يتضمّن هذا البحث مقاربة تتناول موضوع الثنائية اللغوية وتأثيرها على المجتمع الجزائري، حيث أن اللّغة ترتبط ارتباطًا وثيقًا بالمجتمع، فهي مرآة تعكس جميع جوانب التغيير والتحول في المجتمع: تحضّرًا كان أو تخلفا. ففي ظلّ العولمة وفي كلّ دول العالم يوجد اتجاهين متعارضين. الأول هو ضرورة مراعاة جوانب التقدم الحضاري وما يتضمّنه عند تعليم أفراد المجتمع لغة أجنبية واحدة أو أكثر. والثاني يكمن في اللغة العامية التي تؤدي إلى تفتيت الثقافة والهوية الوطنية التي تمثلها اللغة الأم، ليس من حيث المفردات فقط، بل أيضا من حيث الثقافات والعادات والقيم للمتحدثين. هذا ملخّص موجز لموضوعنا، فمن خلال هذه المقاربات سنحاول الإجابة على تساؤلات مهمة شأن: كيف نعايش اللغة المحلية والوافدة مع اللغة العربية لغة أصلية؟ إلى أي حد يمكن للثنائية اللغوية أن تكون عامل ثراء لساني، ثقافي واجتماعي؟ ماهو مستقبل العربية الفصحى بين اللهجة المحلية؟ هل الثنائية اللغوية معضلة لسانية أم ضرورة اجتماعية؟ وما أثرها على اللغة العربية الفصحى؟ Cette recherche comprend une approche qui traite la question du bilinguisme et de son impact sur la société algérienne, car la langue est étroitement liée à la société, elle est le miroir qui reflète tous les aspects du changement et de la transformation de la société : qu’elle soit civilisée ou arriérée. Face à la mondialisation et dans tous les pays du monde, deux tendances s’opposent : la première est la nécessité de prendre en compte les aspects du progrès civilisationnel et ce qu’il comporte dans l’enseignement d’une ou plusieurs langues étrangères aux membres de la société. Et la seconde réside dans la langue familière qui conduit à la fragmentation de la culture et de l’identité nationale représentée par la langue maternelle, non seulement en termes de vocabulaire, mais aussi en termes de cultures, coutume et valeur des locuteurs. Ceci est un bref résumé de notre sujet à travers ces approches, nous tenterons de répondre à des questions importantes telles que : comment vivons-nous avec la langue locale et étrangère avec la langue arabe comme langue indigène? Dans quelle mesure la diglossie peut-elle être un facteur d’enrichissement linguistique, culturel et social? Quel est l’avenir de l’arabe classique entre le dialecte local? La diglossie est-elle un dilemme linguistique ou une nécessité sociale et quel est son impact sur la langue arabe classique? This research includes an approach that deals with the issue of bilingualism and its impact on Algerian society. In the light of globalization and in all countries of the world there are two opposing trends. The first is the necessity to take into account aspects of civilizational progress and what it includes when teaching members of society one or more foreign languages. The second lies in the colloquial language that leads to the fragmentation of the culture and the national identity represented by the mother tongue, not only in terms of vocabulary, but also in terms of the cultures, customs and values ​​of the speakers. This is a brief summary of our topic. Through these approaches, we will try to answer important questions such as: How do we live with the local and foreign language with the Arabic language as a native language? What is the future of Standard Arabic among the local dialect? Is Diglossia a linguistic problem or a social necessity?
